Number of Positions: one (1)

Length of Position: Contract term of approximately one year
The Sylvia Fedoruk Canadian Centre for Nuclear Innovation Inc. (the Fedoruk Centre) located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, was established in 2011 to place Saskatchewan among global leaders in nuclear research, development and training through investment in partnerships with academia and industry for maximum societal and economic benefit.

The Fedoruk Centre is seeking consulting services for a microbial lab for sterile marketed drugs.  

Application Instructions

 The successful Proponent will:

  • Provide expertise by creating, developing, implementing and performing standard operating procedures and validations, within USP guidelines and tests for similar laboratories.
  •  Have a microbiology background and experience in similar settings with essential project management skills. Project management experience is preferred.
  • Understand and successfully meet Health Canada regulatory requirements for sterility tests of radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Have demonstrated experience with developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and validations for laboratories and/or lab startups.
  •  Have demonstrated experience with USP guidelines or developing methods in compliance with USP guidelines.
  •  Have experience with safety and biosafety.

The service provider can be an independent consultant, or a registered company.
