Step 1: Verification of Undergraduate Status
Before you apply for a Student & Post-Doc Membership, we will need you to verify your trainee status. Please use the form below to send a verification request directly to your supervisor so that they can verify your trainee status.
Step 2: Register for Membership
Once you have heard back from your supervisor and/or CSM-SCM with approval of your trainee status, you may proceed to fill out this form and pay for membership.
