My PhD Thesis research focuses on the development of novel strategies through which to use Lysogenization-Capable (LC) phages therapeutically against opportunistic gram-negative pathogens such as Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and members of the Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc), and the development of novel quantitative metrics through which the antibacterial effects of these therapeutic strategies may be assessed.
