Welcome to our annual CSM-SCM conference! We would be pleased to have you join our annual conference as a sponsor or exhibitor.

Sponsors are generous contributors who make the CSM conference possible. Depending on the level of sponsorship, contributors should expect maximum exposure and visibility in our program on our international website and through the delegates bag inserts. Sponsors also have the opportunity to hold a half hour workshop, sponsor a specific session, a coffee break, or keynote lecture. We look forward to working with each of our sponsors to ensure that they receive an exceptional value commensurate with their generous level of support. Please note that sponsors do not have to pay GST or HST.

Exhibitors not only make a generous contribution to the conference, but also provide essential information and resources for our participants through exhibits and/or workshops. Exhibits, poster sessions, and lunches are planned for 2 days from June 26 & 27, 2023. For our exhibitors, we have arranged the locations of events to maximize contact with the conference attendees. Please note that exhibitors will need to pay GST / HST on all fees.

Registration Fees

All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (HST # R825240674). Tax is charged at 15% HST for the province of Nova Scotia.
For any special requests incurring additional charges, please contact the Conference Organizer (info@csm-scm.org) prior to completion of registration.

Sponsorship fees are not taxable.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payment in Canadian funds must accompany this registration. A $150.00 administration fee will be withheld for cancellations received in writing prior to May 15, 2023. No refunds will be issued after this date.
